21 May 2025On February 19, 2025 the Psychological Service of the University held a traditional, annual meeting with students of 1-4th courses on the problems of prevention and use of psychoactive substances, involvement of students in drug trafficking on the theme “FOR THE FUTURE WITHOUT NARCOTICS”. The speakers were specialists from the Department of Drug Control of the Department of Public Health of the SKR, CDC of the SKR, Department of Public Health of the SKR, Regional Maslikhat of Petropavlovsk city:
1. Acting Head of the Drug Control Department, Police Major Ruslan Almatovich Umbetov.
2. Deputy of Maslikhat of Petropavlovsk city, journalist, blogger Zakirzhan Mamlyutov.
3. Operative commissioner of the Drug Control Department, police captain, Popova Zarina Saudovna.
4. Doctor - psychiatrist of the Primary Center of Mental Health of Polyclinic No. 1, Galiakbarova Zubayda Belyalovna.
One of the features of the event was a documentary film by Zakirzhan Mamlutov, SCSU graduate, journalist, blogger “Bookmarkers. Payback”. The documentary movie “Bookmarkers. Payback” reveals the urgent problem of involving the youth of our city in the circulation and use of narcotic drugs.
