“Clean session” promotion 2025-2026
In order to prevent and deter manifestations of corruption during the winter examination session of the 2025–2026 academic year at M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University, a штаб (task force) was established to organize and conduct the “Clean Session” campaign.
In addition, the composition of monitoring groups has been approved to carry out activities aimed at preventing and deterring violations of the principles of academic integrity by students, faculty members, and staff during interim assessment procedures.
As of the current date, 5,760 students have taken their exams, including 1,556 first-year students.
During the winter examination session of the 2025–2026 academic year, three meetings of the ethics commissions were held, at which 9 sanctions were imposed for violations of academic integrity.
A traditional campaign titled “Clean Session” is being held at the university, aimed at fostering a culture of academic integrity and ensuring transparency in the educational process. Its goal is to increase students’ sense of responsibility and to create an atmosphere that excludes cheating and corruption during examinations.
About 30 student volunteers, working under the auspices of the Sanaly Urpaq Project Office, are monitoring the conduct of the exams.
