Serpin Qoldau Office
Main goals and objectives
The main objectives and functions of the “SerpinQoldau” Office are as follows:
- Improvement and implementation of the “Serpin” project;
 - Development of a regional workforce demand map or Atlas of Professions;
 - Identification of professions with a shortage of specialists requiring training and retraining;
 - Signing agreements between employers, institutions of higher and postgraduate education, and technical and vocational organizations for training and retraining followed by employment;
 - In cooperation with the Financial Center JSC, creation of a graduate list under the “Serpin” project and quarterly employment monitoring;
 - Cooperation with career centers under regional Akimats to support graduate employment;
 - Organizing events for “Serpin” graduates to meet potential employers and providing them with information about job vacancies;
 - Creation of a database of regional enterprises, institutions, and organizations as potential employers and facilitating graduate placement;
 - Monitoring the career growth of graduates;
 - Joint events on implementing dual education at regional enterprises, including inviting experienced industry specialists as lecturers, internship supervisors, and project advisors;
 - Establishing connections with graduates of HEIs and TVET organizations under the “Serpin” project who work in labor-deficient regions, to assist them with social issues;
 - Conducting awareness campaigns among students of schools in the Zhambyl, Kyzylorda, Turkistan, Zhetysu, and Almaty regions;
 - Organizing adaptation events for students under the “Serpin” project;
 - Cooperation with the Financial Center JSC, which monitors and controls graduate service fulfillment under the “Serpin” project.
