Kravchenko Irina Nikolaevna first started working at the university in 1993. For two years, she worked as a methodologist in the educational and methodological department of the Petropavlovsk branch of the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute under the guidance of an experienced methodologist of the "old school," head of the EMO Svetlana Semyonovna Tuboltseva, who taught her the fundamentals of educational and methodological work.
After a short break, in 1997, Irina Nikolaevna returned to the university, this time as a methodologist for the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. One of her duties in this position was to compile the faculty’s schedule. She always performed her work with high quality and at an excellent level. In 2002, she was offered to head the Dispatch Service Center, a new department created to centralize the formation of the university’s class schedules, on the initiative of Viktor Petrovich Gusakov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs.
Under Irina Nikolaevna’s leadership, for the first time in the university’s history, the process of scheduling was automated, the "Sprut: Class Schedule" automated system was implemented, and interaction chains with departments and faculties were streamlined. For 17 years, Irina Nikolaevna compiled schedules, trained new employees, and improved her qualifications. During her work at the university, she proved to be an exceptionally competent specialist, constantly improving her educational and methodological skills.
Among her personal qualities, responsibility, thoroughness, and a goal-oriented approach should be noted. She maintained her job responsibilities at the highest level of discipline, demonstrating respect for colleagues and students, as well as friendliness and tact. She performed her duties conscientiously, demonstrating a high professional standard and strictly adhering to established norms. She was a member of collegiate bodies: a member of the university’s educational and methodological council.
Irina Nikolaevna’s achievements were repeatedly recognized: Certificate of Honor from the Rector (12.11.2002), Letter of Appreciation from the Rector (17.09.2007), Certificate of Recognition from the Rector (06.11.2006), the Grand Gold Medal of NKSU named after M. Kozhibayev for her significant contribution to the university’s development (30.09.2015), the Құрмет Certificate of the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan (01.12.2016), Letter of Appreciation from the Rector (22.09.2019).
In 2019, Irina Nikolaevna retired.
