International cooperation
The main direction of the North Kazakhstan University in the field of international cooperation is the integration into the global educational and research space. As part of the integration, the university actively participates in concluding new agreements both with institutional partners and with individuals to develop further favorable interaction. Also, the university actively interacts with other universities when joint initiatives and projects arise; acts as an active participant in new forms of cooperation on European and non-European scale.
The main objectives in this area of activity are:
- Promotion of the NKU image abroad;
- Conclusion of international agreements;
- Participation and holding of international conferences;
- Strengthening positions in the international ranking (QS, THE, Webometrics);
- Increasing the number of international publications.
Such development of bilateral and multilateral international relations, educational and scientific projects is among the priority tasks of the university. The cooperation of international relations is coordinated by the Kozybayev International Office.
