“Student Spring” at Kozybayev University: A Celebration of Unity and Traditions

On the eve of May 1, Kozybayev University hosted the festive event “Student Spring,” dedicated to the celebration of Nauryz. Faculty members and students gathered in the main square, where creative groups performed and sports competitions were held.

The festival of spring and youth - “Student Spring” - symbolizes not only the awakening of nature, but also the beginning of new achievements. Spring is a time of creation, when each of us feels a surge of energy to pursue even the boldest goals.

The event combined the wisdom of national traditions with the energy of the modern generation.

“Students from different regions and nationalities study within the walls of our university. It is in this diversity that we see our strength, our wealth, and our future. Today, the university is a space of knowledge, development, friendship, and mutual support. We are proud that young people not only receive a high-quality education, but also carefully preserve national traditions, respect their culture, and maintain continuity between generations,” noted Chairman of the Executive Board - Rector Yerbol Issakayev.

On this day, the winners of the creative competition for decorating campus classrooms for Nauryz Meyramy were also awarded. The evaluation focused not only on decoration, but on the ability to create an atmosphere of warmth and unity in every corner of the university. The faculties did tremendous work: the designs reflected both deep respect for national traditions and the bold perspective of modern youth on spring renewal.

The university’s active students also held a “Kara Zhorga” dance flash mob, and young performers among our talented students took the stage.

“Student Spring” brought everyone together under the shared shanyrak of our university, where everyone feels at home. May this celebration become a source of inspiration, new ideas, and bright achievements, and may the energy of spring continue to accompany you on your path to great success!
