An Honest Examination Session Is the Responsibility of Every Student

The university is holding the traditional ‘Clean Examination’ campaign aimed at promoting a culture of academic integrity and ensuring transparency in the educational process. Its goal is to increase students’ sense of responsibility and create an environment that excludes cheating and corrupt practices during examinations.

Around 30 student volunteers, working under the control of the ‘Sanaly Urpaq’ Project Office, oversee the examination process. Their duties include checking for cheat sheets, mobile phones, and any form of unauthorized assistance during exams. Prior to the examination period, surveys are conducted and informational brochures issued by the North Kazakhstan Region Anti-Corruption Service are distributed to explain accountability for violations of academic integrity rules and to prevent corruption-related offenses.

The regular implementation of the ‘Clean Examination’ campaign helps instill discipline among students and reduces the number of violations during examinations, as evidenced by a decline in cases referred to the Ethics Commission.
