Emotional Well-Being During Exams: The Importance of Preventing Stress and Burnout
Ahead of the winter examination session, specialists from the University Psychological Service held a seminar for experts and volunteers involved in the organization and conduct of examinations.
The event was initiated by the Department of Strategy and Development following an analysis of student survey results on the organization of the examination session.
The seminar focused on stress resilience and the prevention of emotional burnout. Participants explored the psychological characteristics of modern students, aspects of effective communication in the educational environment, and practical methods for coping with emotional tension during the exam period.
Such events help increase instructors’ readiness to work under intensive examination workloads, strengthen the student support system, and prevent professional burnout.
The University Psychological Service will continue its systematic efforts to support the mental well-being of the academic community.
