Kozybayev University Scientists Present Developments at Agro-Industrial Modernization Science and Technology Session

Scientists from Kozybayev University took part in the science and technology session “Scientific and Technological Development of Agro-Industrial Enterprises and Regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.” The event was held at Ualikhanov University with support from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The platform brought together Kazakhstan and international researchers, and also representatives of the agricultural business sector, to jointly develop technological solutions aimed at modernizing the agro-industrial complex (APC).

In his address to the session participants, the Minister of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan, Sayasat Nurbek, emphasized that collaboration between science and business remains a key factor in the technological development of Kazakhstan’s agro-industrial sector. Heads of agricultural enterprises highlighted that the priority tasks for the APC include livestock development, the implementation of AI in agriculture, and the improvement of crop and agriculture systems.

In interdisciplinary teams, participants jointly analyzed production challenges, conducted business assessments of problems, identified key scientific constraints, and developed prototype solutions focused on increasing the technological efficiency and productivity of agricultural production.

As a result of the two-day session, more than ten priority science and technology projects were identified, possessing high potential for further commercialization and implementation in the production processes of agricultural enterprises.
