Kozybayev University at the “North Kazakhstan Region – China” Forum

The first investment business forum “North Kazakhstan Region – China” was held at the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Kazakhstan. The event brought together representatives of government, business, and the scientific community from both countries, serving as an important platform for exchanging experiences and strengthening partnerships.

Kozybayev University was represented at the forum by the Chairman of the Executive Board – Rector of the university and the Dean of the Faculty of Agrotechnology.

In his speech at the panel discussion, Yerbol Issakaev spoke about the results of eight years of cooperation between our university and the Northwest A&F University (China), highlighting the achievements in academic and scientific collaboration, including the implementation of joint educational programs, research projects, and exchanges between faculty and students.

A new initiative in the partnership is the establishment of a Kazakh-Chinese Scientific Agricultural Center at Kozybayev University in collaboration with the Henan Agricultural Investment Group. The center will serve as a platform for applied research, the implementation of innovative technologies, and the commercialization of scientific developments in the agricultural sector.

Such international forums help promote science in the real economy, foster sustainable partnerships, and create new opportunities for joint projects.
