A presentation competition on the topic "Celebrating spring holidays in Kazakhstan"

On March 27, 2025, a presentation competition on the topic "Celebrating spring holidays in Kazakhstan" was held at the Kozybaev NKU. The purpose of the competition: to increase the interest of students in learning English, through familiarization with the culture of our country.The competition was attended by 1st year students of AF, LLI, HELF, MNSF, EDTF. Participants prepared presentations about spring holidays in our country in English. Students' works were evaluated according to the following criteria: completeness of disclosure of the topic, a creative approach to presenting information, originality of the material and plot, competent presentation of the material in English. The competition revealed the creative potential of students, increased motivation to learn a foreign language.As a result of the competition, the winners were awarded certificates.Responsible person: Beksultanova L.A., MP, senior lecturer of  "Foreign languages" Department.
