Kozybayev University team visited Kostanay

Representatives of the university visited a number of industrial enterprises in the region, and also got acquainted with the infrastructure of Baitursynuly University. The main vector of the visit is interaction in the framework of training specialists in the engineering industry and the possibility of dual student education.

The delegates, led by the Chairman of the Board, Rector Yerbol Isakayev, got acquainted with the activities of SaryarkaAvtoProm LLP, KIA QAZAQSTAN LLP, KamLitKZ LLP. The prospects of dual training of students and graduates of North Kazakhstan Region colleges in engineering fields were discussed with the management of the companies. The prospects of internships, internships for students and teaching staff in production and advanced training courses for employees of enterprises at the Institute of Continuing Education of Kozybayev University were also considered. All these initiatives can be implemented thanks to the signed bilateral memorandums of cooperation between our university and the three largest enterprises of Kostanay region.

An important stage of the trip was a visit to Kostanay Regional University named after Akhmet Baytursinuly. The delegates visited the Research Institute of Applied Biotechnology, the Smart Center, the faculties of Agricultural Sciences and Mechanical Engineering, energy and Information Technology. At the meeting with the management and staff of Baitursynuly University, issues of experience exchange in the field of personnel training for mechanical engineering, interaction with employers, graduate employment, support for research initiatives, internships at enterprises, academic mobility, as well as prospects for further cooperation were raised.
