Our students are champions of Kazakhstan in polyathlon

The Kazakhstan Polyathlon Cup was completed in Petropavlovsk. Four indoor competitions were held in the following disciplines: running - 100 m and 2,000 m, air rifle shooting, swimming - 100 m. The best athletes from Astana, Almaty, Aktobe, Mangistau, Kyzylorda, Karaganda, Kostanay and North Kazakhstan regions took part.

Among the sports clubs of RK, the sports club of our university became the winner! It was represented by students of Kozybayev University Nikita Izotov, Arsen Khamzin, Julia Kretz and Angelina Kudryavtseva. In addition, 7 of our all-rounders defended the honour of SKO and took as a result an honourable 2nd place in the team!

It should be especially noted that Nikita Izotov once again won the title of the strongest polyathlete of Kazakhstan, winning the Absolute Championship! The students have an important start ahead of them - the Universiade of Higher Education Institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We wish our talented athletes new victories!
