PRACTICE IN GERMANY 2023!

A 3rd year student of the educational program "Technology of food products" Milana Dudka is doing an internship at the "Holzinger" enterprise, which is located in Bavaria (Southern Germany). The main activity of the enterprise is the production of pasta, sausages, canned food, steaks and other meat products. It has its own store for the sale of products. Holzinger also cooks to order for various events: cakes, salads, steaks, desserts, etc. After production, some products are subject to vacuum. In the process of practice, he studies and consolidates theoretical knowledge on the technology of production of sausages and semi-finished meat products.
