“Сlean session” at the university

Another session at Kozybayev University was held in an open format. The exams were attended by outside observers and employees of the anti-corruption service. Also, according to a good tradition, there were volunteer proctors from among the students. Seventy guys were trained and monitored the observance of academic integrity. They checked the procedure of carrying out examinations (conformity to the declared number of examinees, presence of cheating, cribs and other), put their stamps on answer sheets of those students who were checked and monitored the work of teachers-experts.

All of this was carried out within the framework of the "Clean Session" campaign. Another mechanism for proctoring is taking exams in the Moodle system. This platform allows photo-surveillance and recording of violations (visiting messengers, third-party sites, etc.). All comments received during the session will be considered at the meeting of the Ethics Council and appropriate measures will be taken to eliminate them.
