1) Possesses foreign language skills sufficient for conducting scientific research and practical work.
2) Carries out teaching activities using knowledge of modern special pedagogy and special psychology, as well as working in a team, making decisions, and resolving conflict situations.
3) Develops an individual learning and development trajectory taking into account the chosen specialty.
4) Analyzes the necessary information to conduct independent research and teaching activities that require extensive education in the relevant field; applies methodological and methodological knowledge, psychological, pedagogical, and educational work to design the teaching and upbringing process for children with special educational needs, taking into account the specifics of the chosen specialty.
5) Analyzes the educational environment from the perspective of cultural-historical and activity-based approaches.
Actively interacts and communicates effectively with people of different nationalities and religious denominations; is prepared to prevent conflicts within the teaching staff and society.
6) Designs, organizes, and implements educational and developmental processes in special and inclusive education, taking into account the individual and personal characteristics of participants.
7) Conducts research activities in the educational environment in accordance with the theoretical and methodological foundations of scientific research, and presents the results.
